This year the Festival Village will be cashless (ooh!) which means bring your debit card, credit card, Android or iPhone (with mobile wallet enabled) and get ready to 'tap & go'. Every stall in the Festival Village will only take payment with a Visa, Mastercard or Amex debit or credit card or your smart phone with 'tap & go' functionality. No pesky tokens, no ATM machines charging $3.50 a transaction, no lining up for currency and no hassles.
Just repeating - cash will not be accepted at this year's festival. You must bring your debit or credit card that has 'tap & go' functionality.
