Seafood served up alongside a cool glass of wine in one of Australia's favourite holiday destinations. Does it get any better?!

The 2019 Noosa Food & Wine Festival program is delivering a huge line up of great seafood events in idyllic locations throughout the region.

Here are three not to miss:

LINE CAUGHT, GRAIN FINISHED
Join Noosa Boathouse and Chef Shane Bailey as they collaborate with Ben O'Donoghue and Nick Holloway for a Land & Sea inspired lunch highlighting quality Queensland beef as well as locally caught seafood from our waters.

SHUCK, SUCK, SIP
Take part in two hours of absolute indulgence including a fresh shucked oyster bar, kerbside BBQ for grilling our famous Rockefeller and Kilpatrick styles, a generous selection of delectable drink-friendly bites and free-flowing organic beverages from some of the most lauded producers in our region.

NEIL PERRY’S BLUE WATER GRILL
Neil Perry rewrote the blueprint for what a seafood restaurant should be with his 1986 restaurant Blue Water Grill in Bondi.

Returning to Noosa Food & Wine, he’ll join old friends Katrina Ryan, Peter Kuruvita and Andy Davies at Noosa Beach House Peter Kuruvita, showcasing a retrospective of the restaurant's greatest dishes with matched wines.
