Day: Noosa Slow Food Trail

Enjoy a guided tour to Noosa Earth Mushrooms, Noosa Red Tomatoes, morning tea at Hinterland Feijoas, bamboo shoots at Big Heart Bamboo and a 3-course lunch with wines at Garnisha Spice Farm prepared by Glen Barratt, Kate and Matt from Wild Canary before finishing at Land & Sea Brewery.

Day: Art Series, 4-course Lunch at Sails with matching wine

Sails Noosa’s executive chef, Paul Leete will present a 4-course menu paired to the revered “Art Series” wines from the esteemed Leeuwin Estate winery.

Sails is excited to welcome the owners of Leeuwin Estate, Trish and Dennis Horgan, to host this lunch. This is a rare opportunity to hear the history of this estate from these icons, representing the family of one of the founding wineries of the Margaret River region.

Day: Enjoy VIP Pavilion access in the Festival Village from 10am.

The hottest place to be during the Festival will be at the Open Table Festival Village VIP Pavilion, with limited tickets available to this exclusive access venue which will host guest Chefs and key partners over the Festival weekend.

Wines by Xanadu Margaret River and Asahi Super Dry, the preferred premium Japanese beer will be available as well as refreshing water by San Pellegrino. Each guest will receive four complimentary drinks each day, whilst enjoying an all-day grazing table prepared by Chef Gareth Collins, situated alongside Noosa River overlooking Witta Circle.

Evening: Wasted - The Long Apron Restaurant, Montville (2 Hats)

Analiese Gregory, Head Chef of Franklin in Hobart joins The Long Apron's Head Chef Chris Hagan to explore sustainable ways of using by-products and under-utilised produce.

Focusing on ingredients that would otherwise be wasted, they will create a 6-course tasting menu with matching wines. Transport Included.

Day: Noosa Amour Lunch on Noosa Main Beach

Finish off the week with a Noosa Amour Lunch on Noosa Main Beach. Experience four of Noosa's finest restaurants in one lunch set on beautiful Noosa Main Beach. Join the head chefs of Aromas Noosa, Rickys, Locale Noosa and Wood Fire Grill for a 4-course lunch showcasing produce from Maravista Farm along with matching wines by Pizzini Wines together with a welcome drink on arrival.
