You can’t have one without the other, and picking up exactly what we’re putting down, Noosa Food & Wine Festival lay a solid foundation for your 18+ palette to go wild as they introduce newcomer, The Drinks Lab, to run alongside all the incredible foodie events on offer at this year’s festival.
Located within Festival Village, The Drinks Lab allows you one helluva opportunity to mingle, rub shoulders and cheers glasses with some of Australia’s best mixologists, wine connoisseurs and spirit gurus through a series of 30-minute masterclasses.
Bask in the wisdom of the nation’s highest calibre drinks experts who share a collective goal of raising your booze IQ through an exploration of wine drinkability with Clare Burder; the world of gin making (and drinking) with one third of Four Pillars, Stu Gregor; whiskey tales, tips and tricks; and, embracing the umami through an Introduction to Sake masterclass that’s guaranteed to blow your mind.
