When it comes to breakfast, there is nothing better than an epic meal served up with a side of ocean views. Agree? Lucky for 2018 Festival goers, the teams at Bistro C and OzHarvest Sunshine Coast have teamed up to bring you just that!
The breakfast, happening on Sunday morning (20 May) across 3 sittings (7am, 8.30am or 10am), is raising funds to help OzHarvest deliver up to 20, 000 meals to vulnerable community members.
Without further ado, here is the Bistro C and OzHarvest 500 Menu:
Coffee or tea as you like it
Ginger spice – carrot, apple, celery and ginger
Sunshine Bliss – pineapple, orange, banana and strawberry
Vitality Shake – mango, raspberry, watermelon and apple
Almond, oat and quinoa granola, yogurt, banana,
blueberries, acai berry sorbet
Spanner crab, chive and crème fraiche scrambled eggs, toasted ciabatta, shaved asparagus, fennel and cress salad, carrot and basil oil
Sticky BBQ pork – spring onion and rice noodle omelette, green papaya, hot mint and shredded wombok slaw, chili drizzle, crisp shallots (gf/df)
Seven seed sourdough toast, poached eggs, mushroom ragu, minted pea and feta smash, smoked tomato relish, fresh spinach (v)
