Throughout his food career, Aden has trained with and worked with the industry’s best.
New Zealand born Aden completed his apprenticeship at Saffron in Arrowtown, which was rated by Gourmet Traveller as one of the top 10 restaurants in New Zealand.
Aden then packed his knife set and honed his cooking skills working as sous chef at Parrot Cay, a luxury resort island in the Caribbean. There he worked alongside Amanda Gale, Neil Perry’s sous chef.
Before relocating to the Sunshine Coast, Aden worked in top Melbourne restaurants for four years.
He is currently head chef at Noosa Springs’ award-winning Relish Restaurant.
