Adrien Ohlbaum

Moving from his hometown of Bordeaux, France, Adrien moved to Australia in 2012. He fell in love with Noosa, and made it his new home. Adrien started working at Rococo in 2013 and with his intuition and natural talent he quickly became Sous Chef and is now the Head Chef. He takes inspiration from the local produce and his affinity with European cuisine to create dishes that see customers return time and time again to enjoy.
