Sail's Noosa Executive Chef Paul Leete will present a 5-course menu carefully paired to the iconic wines from Yarra Yering. Host and winemaker Sarah Crowe (2017 winemaker of the year) will share her knowledge of the history of this winery and her story since joining the team in 2013.
