Josue Lopez

Chef Josue (Josh) Lopez is well known in his hometown, Brisbane. For a number of years heading up the two-hat GOMA restaurant, 2016 Citi Qld Chef of the Year, Hosting the G20 World Leaders dinner and appearing on 2017 MasterChef in the Pressure Test elimination challenge.

He has worked in London at Gordon Ramsay’s Maze and at Noma (at the time it was awarded World’s Best Restaurant) as well as several well-known Brisbane restaurants, including Two Small Rooms where he won Young Chef of the Year.

In 2019, Josh Lopez has embarked on a new venture, bringing his cutting edge food and passion for local ingredients to The Wolfe in East Brisbane.
