Join Noosa Boathouse and Chef Shane Bailey as they collaborate with Ben O'Donoghue and Nick Holloway for a Land & Sea inspired lunch highlighting quality Queensland beef as well as locally caught seafood from our waters.
The three chefs will join “Snapper” aka Sean White, Noosa Boathouse’s commercial fisherman and chef on a fishing expedition to line catch the fish they will prepare as part of Noosa Boathouse’s signature 4-course feast. The Chefs will be fishing for Cobia, Jewfish, Kingfish, Trevally and Snapper, which they plan to serve raw, cured, cooked and smoked. They will also be looking to catch Fraser Isle Spanner Crab.
The lunch will also use both Nolan’s and Signature grain finished beef, which will be hand selected and aged slightly, focusing on the interesting and tasty cuts.
The final course of the feast will be centred around the first of the season strawberries from nearby Cooloola Berries.
Tickets include a 4-course feast with Pipers Brook wines.
