Executive Chef of Cafe Le Monde, Oliver Carruthers brings to Noosa an impressive background in the restaurant industry including being trained under Michelin star chefs in England and working with two three Hat Chefs here in Australia with Peter Gilmore (Quay) and Guillaume Brahimi (Bennelong). Oliver has worked as Head Chef at several of Sydney’s most well known establishments including Mirabelle and The Bambini Trust which during his time received serious accolades including best bar in Sydney (Sydney Morning Herald) and best Bar Australia (Gourmet Traveler). Most recently Oliver was Executive Chef of the Morrison Oyster Room and Bar and the Watsons Bay Hotel. As Head Chef at Noosa’s iconic Cafe Le Monde, Oliver brings a fresh approach to Le Monde’s menu.
