Rey of Sake Net brings traditional sake of Japan to Sumi Open Kitchen for Noosa Food & Wine Festival!

Enjoy this finely crafted sake alongside a 6-course Japanese menu prepared by Sumi Open Kitchen’s Chef Giles Hohnen. The menu will focus on seasonality and market availability of produce, and prepared using Sumi Open Kitchen’s Japanese kappo charcoal grill.

Sumi Open Kitchen is one of Noosa’s newest restaurants. With nothing to hide, the restaurant offers a space to escape the everyday, where one can feel welcome and resolved. It's Sumi’s answer to a growing interest in Japanese food, with design and clean lines integrating comfort and function.
