For an afternoon of pure old-school class, you can’t go past Smoke on the Water. In ode to World Whisky Day, we’ve put together a 2-hour session of all your big, bold, smoked favourites.

Round up your fellow whisky lovers and indulge in a menu from Ryan Fitzpatrick of The Ohana Group featuring smoked meats and cheeses served alongside our top smoky whiskey picks.

The Food...

  • Chicken and Pistachio Parfait, Brioche, Wild Rosella, Thyme Crumble
  • Sticky Onion Crostini, Persian Fetta, Pomegranate, Young Coriander
  • Charcoal Kingfish, Pickled Daikon, Furikake, Edamame, Wasabi Crumble
