It is at Ibento that we also host our Chef’s Table Series with visiting winemakers and chefs from around the country. Each exclusive dinner seats a
maximum of 14 guests and allows the diner to experience a unique and intimate evening with a renowned host. Past hosts have included Sat Bains (Restaurant
Sat Bains – London), Federico Zanellato (LiMi Dining), James Viles (Biota) Stephen and Prue Henschke (Henschke Wines) Vanya Cullen (Cullen Wines) and
Julian Castagna (Castagna Wines).
Ibento can also function as a boutique event space providing an elegant blank canvas for personal or corporate gatherings; a chef's table that can
